Resizing and Printing Your 20oz Tumbler Wrap:

For Mac Users (Using Pages)

1. Open Pages for Mac. When prompted, choose Landscape.
2. Format the document to remove the header, footer, and margins.
1. Go to the Document settings at the top of your screen.
2. Set your margins to 0 so the design fits perfectly and doesn’t get cut off when printed.
3. Remove headers and footers by setting them to 0.
3. Import your image into Pages. You can simply drag and drop it from a Finder Window, or choose Media in the top bar and locate your design.
4. Resize the image.
1. You’ll want to always measure your specific tumbler and resize the image accordingly. 20oz tumblers are around 9.3”x8.2”.
5. Center the image on the page to ensure an even cut.
6. Flip the Image using the Format area
7. Let’s Print!
1. Select File > Print
2. Choose your sublimation printer and ensure the correct print settings are in place.

For Windows Users (Using Microsoft Word or Google Docs)

1. Open a new Blank document in Microsoft Word, or a new document in Google Docs.
2. Adjust the document settings.

1. Go to Layout > Margins and choose Custom Margins. Set all margins to 0
2. Google Docs
1. Go to File > Page Setup and set margins to 0
3. Insert the tumbler wrap design into Word or Google Docs
4. Resize the image
1. You’ll want to always measure your specific tumbler and resize the image to that tumbler. 20oz tumblers start around 9.3”x8.2”
5. Center the image to ensure even printing. Use the center alignment option for this.
6. Flip/mirror the design by right clicking on the iage and selecting the flip option, or in Google Docs choose Format > Rotate.
7. Print your design!

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Check Your Dimensions: Make sure the image is set to 9.3” x 8.2” so it fits your tumbler properly.

  • Do a Test Print: Always print a test on regular paper to make sure everything lines up correctly before printing on your transfer paper.
